(ii) PayLoadz and Tradebit, which are companies we sometimes use for storing and making our download files available to our cutomers via our own website and across other websites through various promotional methods and they therefore necessarily keep a record of purchases made in order to be able to provide the required automated product download key to each customer by email, which is configured to specifically relate to the products purchased, in order that they can be correctly downloaded,
(iii) any of our professional advisors where necessary; and/ or
(iv) if required by law and / or for legal reasons.
(c) We will not use the Data for any other purpose than that indicated in this statement.
